To celebrate Father’s Day we had a discussion with the children about what they wanted to make for their Dad’s. A few of the children shouted cooking which we then decided together to make cookies.
Together the children worked together to create cookies. They had so much fun mixing the ingredients together and rolling the batter out. Once the cookies had cooked the children filled the bags for their Dad’s.
One of the art activities that the children worked on for Father’s day was creating a self-portrait of their Dad and filling in the blanks about information of their Dad as well.
We loved hearing the children’s responses and you could see that they put so much effort into the experiences.
