Kool Kidz provides children with a healthy and varied diet including the five main food groups every day. We encourage children to eat a wide variety of nutritious foods and experience foods from many cultures. At Kool Kidz our cook creates meals which offer children nourishing foods to support them to develop a taste for a healthy diet.
Our educators ensure that food routines are positive and relaxed. They spend time sitting with, talking with, and supporting children as they engage in their meals.
At Kool Kidz we also know the importance of hydration and encourage children to drink plenty of water during the day!
