On Friday, Feb 17th, Daniel from Wild Action came to Kool Kidz Mill Park to show the children a range of different animals. Daniel firstly went upstairs and introduced all of his animals to the Caterpillars, Butterflies and Kindergarten children. With this group Daniel spoke about each of the animals, talked about where they lived, what they ate allowed the children to touch each of them to see how they felt.
He then came downstairs and showed the Snugglepots, Honeybees, Beetlebugs and Jitterbugs children all his animal friends. Daniel brought each animal around to see the children one by one.
All children at Kool Kidz Mill Park today got to meet Trixie the Wallaby, Fluffy the Sugar Glider, Frankie the Koala, Sammy the Crocodile, Timmy the Turtle, Bumpy Stumpy the Shingleback Lizard, Lacy the Lace Monitor Snake, Gonzo the Tawny Frog Mouth Bird and Bobby the dancing Rainbow Lorikeet.
Some of the children were very excited to sit and wait for Daniel to bring each animal around to them to touch and feel and get up close and have a look, some of the children were a little unsure of the animals and the different sounds they made and watched from a distance.
We all enjoyed having Daniel and his animal friends come to Kool Kidz.
