On Tuesday the 18th of April, we had a reptiles incursion! Many of us have been really interested in reptiles lately and this incursion gave us a close encounter to many reptiles we’ve been talking about! We had the chance to touch and hold lizards, pythons, salt water crocodiles, frogs and a whole lot more. Daren was very informative and funny which made the experience all the more better. We learnt that reptiles are cold blooded which means that their body temperature can go warm or cold depending on the temperature outside. We also learnt that when a crocodile loses a tooth, it can grow back and this can happen up to 60 times in its lifetime!
